Application of Extended Technology Acceptance Model for Mobile-Banking Adoption: A Study of Banking Customers in Pakistan

Purpose of this study: The purpose of this study is to explore relationship between Usage of Mobile banking and determine that what factors effects more and influence their decision to select a Mobile Banking to do business with the bank. Research Questions: This study’s primary research questions was “to analyses relationship between Usage of Mobile banking and what factors effects usage mobile banking in the selection of Mobile banking and what component effects mobile banking more generally.” There were five additional sub-questions used. Methodology: The methodology for this study was the quantitative data collection method, which is the primary data using a closed-ended questionnaire in a survey approach. The information was gathered from customers of Mobile baking using convenience sampling. The data was collected from customers of Mobile banking in Pakistan. A total of 150 customers participated in the survey. Different statistical analysis approaches; such as descriptive and regression analysis with Statistical Software SPSS and SMART PLS, were used to examine the hypotheses. Results: The findings of this study are satisfying regarding the main questions of the study that the relationship between usages of mobile baking are significantly positively related and also intention to M-Banking, Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Transaction convenience, Perceived risk, are supported results. Future study can use the qualitative research method and also future study can use other than method of close ended questioner and also can-do research on secondary data.
